Section 23N — Prescribed deposit mark

The Minister may prescribe any logo, marking or text, or any combination thereof, as a deposit mark for the purpose of being affixed on a beverage container so as to identify the beverage container as one for which a deposit will be refunded upon acceptance of the beverage container at a return point.[Act 14 of 2023 wef 12/07/2024]
