§ 23O — Producers must join licensed scheme

23O.—(1) A producer of a beverage product must not supply, or offer to supply, in Singapore any beverage product affixed with a deposit mark unless the producer is a member of a licensed scheme for beverage containers.(2) A producer who, without reasonable excuse, contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or to both.[Act 14 of 2023 wef 12/07/2024]
