§ 23X — Unauthorised use of deposit mark

23X.—(1) Unless authorised in writing by a scheme licensee, a person must not affix a deposit mark on any container that is not a beverage container.(2) A person who, without reasonable excuse, contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or to both.[Act 14 of 2023 wef 12/07/2024]
