§ 25 — Prescribed buildings

25.—(1) The Minister may prescribe any building to be a prescribed building for the purposes of this Part.(2) A prescription under subsection (1) may be specific or by way of any class, type or description of buildings.[Act 14 of 2023 wef 08/03/2024]
