§ 8 — Unauthorised supply of regulated products

8.—(1) A producer of a regulated product must not supply the regulated product or any other regulated product in Singapore if the producer is not registered under section 9(2).(2) A producer of a regulated product who, without reasonable excuse, contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or to both.
