Section 11 — Regulations

(1)The Minister may make regulations prescribing matters required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed, or necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act.

(2)The power conferred by subsection (1) does not extend to any matter for which Rules of Court mentioned in section 10 may be made.
