§ 6 — Issuing securities for borrowing

6. For the purpose of raising any loan under this Act, the Minister may —(a)

issue securities in such form and manner as the Minister thinks fit; and

(b)

issue such securities at such rates of interest and subject to such conditions as to maturity date, repayment, redemption and other matters as may be prescribed by this Act and the Regulations and, subject to the provisions of the Act and Regulations, by the Minister.
