Section 32 — Interface with other laws

(1)To avoid doubt, this Act does not affect the operation of —

(a)the Active Mobility Act 2017;

(b)the Parks and Trees Act 2005;

(c)the Sewerage, Drainage and Coastal Protection Act 1999; and[Act 8 of 2026 wef 29/05/2026]

(d)the Street Works Act 1995.

(2)This Act does not deprive the Government of any right to proceed under the law, or of any remedy against trespassers given by law.
