§ 32 — Interface with other laws

32.—(1) To avoid doubt, this Act does not affect the operation of —(a)

the Active Mobility Act 2017;

(b)

the Parks and Trees Act 2005;

(c)

the Sewerage and Drainage Act 1999; and

(d)

the Street Works Act 1995.

(2) This Act does not deprive the Government of any right to proceed under the law, or of any remedy against trespassers given by law.
