§ 41 — Interface with other laws

41. To avoid doubt, this Act —(a)

does not affect the operation of the Active Mobility Act 2017 or the Road Traffic Act 1961; and

(b)

does not limit the application of any other requirement or restriction to, or in relation to, the conduct of business in, or the parking of vehicles on, any public place by or under the Parking Places Act 1974 or any other written law.
