Section 9 — Licence validity

Every licence granted under this Part is in force for the period specified in the licence —

(a)except when the licence is suspended under section 30(2)

(b)or 32(2)(a)(i); or (b) unless the licence —

(i)is surrendered under section 14;

(ii)lapses under section 15; or

(iii)is earlier revoked under section 15(6) or 30(1), and may be renewed upon its expiry.
