Section 36 — Protection from personal liability

No liability shall lie against any member or committee member of the Agency, the Chief Executive, any officer, delegate or subdelegate of the Agency, or any authorised person, inspector, or other person acting under the direction of the Agency, for anything which is done or purported to be done, or omitted to be done, in good faith and with reasonable care in —

(a)the performance or purported performance of any function under this Act or any other Act; or

(b)the exercise or purported exercise of any power under this Act or any other Act.
