Section 77 — Consequential amendment to Institute of Technical Education Act 1992

In the Institute of Technical Education Act 1992, in section 5, replace paragraph (c) with —“(c)

cooperating and collaborating with the Skills and Workforce Development Agency established by section 3 of the Skills and Workforce Development Agency Act 2026 in the discharge of its functions under that Act.”.
