Section 80 — Consequential amendments to other Acts

(1)In the Accounting Standards Act 2007, in the Schedule —

(a)replace item 59 with — “59. Skills and Workforce Development Agency Skills and Workforce Development Agency Act 2026”; and

(b)delete item 63.

(2)In the Attorney‑General (Additional Functions) Act 2014, in the Schedule, replace item 23 with —“23. Skills and Workforce Development Agency”.

(3)In the Central Provident Fund Act 1953, in the First Schedule, in paragraph 6 —

(a)delete item (11); and

(b)replace item (65) with —“(65) Skills and Workforce Development Agency.”.

(4)In the Official Secrets Act 1935, in the Schedule —

(a)delete item 7; and

(b)replace item 28 with —“28. Skills and Workforce Development Agency”.

(5)In the Public Sector (Governance) Act 2018, in the First Schedule, in Part 1 —

(a)replace item 46 with — “46. Skills and Workforce Development Agency Skills and Workforce Development Agency Act 2026”; and

(b)delete item 49.

(6)In the Statutory Bodies and Government Companies (Protection of Secrecy) Act 1983, in the Schedule, in Part 1 —

(a)replace item 31 with — “31. Skills and Workforce Development Agency Skills and Workforce Development Agency Act 2026”; and

(b)delete item 33.

(7)In the Statutory Corporations (Contributions to Consolidated Fund) Act 1989, in the Schedule —

(a)replace item 46 with — “46. Skills and Workforce Development Agency Skills and Workforce Development Agency Act 2026”; and

(b)delete item 49.
