Section 83 — Other saving and transitional provisions

(1)Anything done by the SSG before the appointed date under —

(a)the Private Education Act 2009 as in force immediately before that date; or

(b)the Skills Development Levy Act 1979 as in force immediately before that date, continues to be valid as from that date as if it were done by the Agency under that respective Act.

(2)For a period of 2 years after the date of commencement of any provision of this Act, the Minister may, by regulations, prescribe any additional provisions of a saving or transitional nature consequent on the enactment of that provision that the Minister may consider necessary or expedient.
