第2條

本協定的條文不會向締約方施加以下義務︰提供會披露任何貿易、業務、工業、商業或專業秘密或貿易程序的資料。儘管有以上規定，第五條第4款提述種類的資料，不會純粹因為符合該款的準則而被視為上述秘密或貿易程序。
