第3條

本協定的條文不會向締約方施加以下義務︰取得或提供會揭露委託人與律師或其他認可的法律代表之間的保密通訊的資料，而該等通訊是： (a) 為尋求或提供法律意見而作出的或 (b) 為在現正進行或擬進行的法律程序中使用而作出的。
