指明多邊發展銀行

現為施行本條例指明以下銀行及團體為多邊發展銀行 —— (a) 國際復興開發銀行； (b) 國際金融公司； (c) 亞洲開發銀行； (d) 非洲開發銀行； (e) 歐洲復興開發銀行； (f) 美洲開發銀行； (g) 歐洲投資銀行； (h) the European Investment Fund ； (i) 北歐投資銀行； (j) the Caribbean Development Bank ； (k) the Islamic Development Bank ； (l) the Council of Europe Development Bank ； (m) the International Finance Facility for Immunization； (n) 多邊投資擔保機構； (o) 國際開發協會； (p) 亞洲基礎設施投資銀行。
