PORT KLANG Pilot, Mr. WAN MOSD HASIZEE, came on board at 0222LT/21-APR-2019,and as pilot's order navigated and underway port channel to berthed at WESTPORT NO. #12 for portside alongside. Whilst approaching port terminal berth NO. 24, our pilot seem to contact on my head vessel of M.V. COSCOENGLAND by his walkie-talkie and then told me that we will speed up to pass M.V. COSCO ENGLAND then reduced speed turn around alongside; and also I saw M.V."COSCO ENGLAND" staying there with three tugs assistance seem to wait for my passing; and therefore, Itook pilot's advice but while we were approaching M.V. MV "EVER BIRTH" Pilot then communicated with t he pilot on board MV "COSCO ENGLAND" in local language and then informed Master that MV "EVER BIRTH" would speed up to pass MV "COSCO ENGLAND" then slowingdown when they reach berth 12. The Master observed the CPA between MV "EVER BIRTH" and MV "COSCO ENGLAND" was 0.5 nautical mile and the vessel was safe to pass MV "COSCO ENGLAND".. AT 0253 hours while MV "EV ER BIRTH" was passing astern of MV "COSCO ENGLAND" the Master observed the propeller wash from MV "COSCOENGLAND" and she was moving astern.
