If the Company terminate the employment for Cause, no prior written notice will be required to be given and the Company will have no liability to you for any severance pay. Forthe purpose of this section 11.5, Cause means a ny of the following conduct by you: 11.5 (A) unacceptable personal conduct (examples of which are set out in the EmploymentPolicy) that amounts to willful misconduct or gross negligence; (B) fraudulent, dishonest or other improper conduct that you know or ought to know causes, or has the potential cause, serious harm to business or reputationof the Company, including, without limitation, embezzlement, misappropriation of company funds, or other acts of dishonesty or breach (C) criminal activity or conviction of a crime; (D) serious violation ofthe Companys labor discipline, including, withou t limitation, the Employment Policy, procedure, orserious violation of laws, rules or regulations;(E) serious violation of any statutory or contractual duty or obligation to the Company, including, without limitation,the duty of loyalty; or (F) any other conduct that constitutes cause for summary termination under ROC laws.
