Section 129

SEC. 129. This Act shall take effect on July first, nineteen hundred and nineteen, unless the Governor-General shall, in the proclamation announcing its effectiveness, designate a date prior to July first, nineteen hundred and nineteen, but posterior to the date of the approval of this Act by the Philippine Legislature, in which case this Act shall take effect on the date so designated. Approved, November 29, 1919.
