General Mandate.

Section 2

SEC. 2. General Mandate. — The University shall primarily provide advanced education, higher technological, professional instruction and training in the fields of industry, computer and information technology, forestry, and environmental sciences, agriculture and veterinary medicine, fishery, medicine and related sciences, engineering, education, law, arts and sciences, and other related fields of study. It shall also promote research and extension services, and provide progressive leadership in its areas of specialization.
