Section 22FB — Individuals who may carry out energy audit

Any of the following individuals may be appointed to carry out an energy audit under this Part (called in this Part a specified individual):

(a)a mechanical engineer;

(b)an energy auditor;

(c)any other class or classes of individuals that may be prescribed.[Act 28 of 2024 wef 30/09/2025]
