Section 22FI — Purpose of this Division and Division 4
The purpose of this Division and Division 4 is to establish a framework to achieve and maintain a specified reduction or an approved reduction in the energy use intensity of Type 1 buildings that are energy-intensive buildings.[Act 28 of 2024 wef 30/09/2025]
