Section 22FP — Application of this Division
This Division applies to an owner of a Type 1 building —
(a)that is subject to an MEI audit notice; and
(b)in relation to which an energy efficiency improvement plan has been submitted to the Commissioner of Building Control under section 22FO(2) (called in this Division the original submission).[Act 28 of 2024 wef 30/09/2025]
