Section 22FV — Power to modify or waive requirements

The Commissioner of Building Control, may, on the application of an owner of an energy-intensive building in any particular case, modify or waive any requirement relating to the implementation of an energy efficiency improvement plan under section 22FQ, 22FR or 22FS or the maintenance of the reduction in energy use intensity under section 22FT or 22FU, subject to any conditions that the Commissioner of Building Control may impose.[Act 28 of 2024 wef 30/09/2025]
