Section 30 — Class exemption from Act

The Minister may, by order in the Gazette, exempt any class of persons, premises or buildings or building works from the operation of all or any of the provisions of this Act, the building regulations or other subsidiary legislation made under this Act.[Act 12 of 2020 wef 01/01/2022]
