§ 118 — Estoppel of tenant and of licensee of person in possession

118.—(1) No tenant of immovable property, or person claiming through such tenant, is during the continuance of the tenancy permitted to deny that the landlord of the tenant had at the beginning of the tenancy a title to the immovable property.(2) No person who came upon any immovable property by the licence of the person in possession thereof is permitted to deny that the person had a title to the possession at the time when the licence was given.
