Section 125 — Evidence as to affairs of State

No one is permitted to produce any unpublished official records relating to affairs of State, or to give any evidence derived therefrom, except with the permission of the officer at the head of the Department concerned, who may give or withhold such permission as he or she thinks fit, subject, however, to the control of the Minister.
