Section 135 — Accomplice
(1)An accomplice is a competent witness against an accused person.
(2)Any rule of law or practice whereby at a trial it is obligatory for the court to warn itself about convicting the accused on the uncorroborated testimony of an accomplice is abrogated. —(1) An accomplice is a competent witness against an accused person.
