Section 86 — Presumption as to publication containing law or report of court decision

The court is to presume the genuineness of every publication purporting —

(a)to be printed or published under the authority of the government of any country and to contain any law of that country; or

(b)to contain any official or authoritative report of a decision of a court of any country.[16/2016]
