§ 86 — Presumption as to publication containing law or report of court decision

86. The court is to presume the genuineness of every publication purporting —(a)

to be printed or published under the authority of the government of any country and to contain any law of that country; or

(b)

to contain any official or authoritative report of a decision of a court of any country.[16/2016]
