Section 138 — General preventative or corrective action direction

The Director‑General may give a direction to the persons described in section 119(2) about the taking of preventative or corrective action in respect of —

(a)the primary production activity; or

(b)the production of animal feed, that the Director‑General reasonably believes is necessary to ensure compliance with an applicable requirement of this Act with respect to that primary production activity or that production of animal feed.
