§ 191 — Application of Division 4 of Part 14 (general licensing procedures)

191.—(1) Division 4 of Part 14 applies to every application for an animal feed production licence, and to every animal feed production licence granted under this Part, subject to the modifications in this Part.(2) In addition, every application for an animal feed production licence must be accompanied by a feed control plan.

(3) The Agency may require an applicant for an animal feed production licence to amend and re-submit a feed control plan, for the purpose of assessing the application by the applicant.
