Section 194 — Validity of animal feed production licence

(1)Every animal feed production licence granted under this Part is to be in the form that the Agency determines.

(2)Every animal feed production licence granted under this Part is in force for the period (not exceeding 5 years) specified in the licence —

(a)except when it is wholly suspended under section 196(2); or

(b)unless it is earlier revoked under section 196(1).
