§ 227 — Effect of appeal on appealable decision

227. An appeal against an appealable decision in section 224 does not affect the operation of the decision appealed against or prevent the taking of any action to implement the decision, and unless otherwise directed by the Minister under this section, the decision appealed against must be complied with until the determination of the appeal.
