§ 293 — Grant of FSSA authorisation

293.—(1) Subject to this Act, after considering any application under section 292, the Agency may —(a)

on payment of the applicable fee for an FSSA authorisation applied for (if prescribed), grant the applicant the FSSA authorisation; or

(b)

refuse to grant the FSSA authorisation applied for.

(2) The Agency may grant a renewal of an FSSA authorisation with or without modifying the conditions of the FSSA authorisation, except that section 295 does not apply to or in relation to granting a renewal of an FSSA authorisation with modifications to the conditions of the FSSA authorisation.

(2) The Agency may grant a renewal of an FSSA authorisation with or without modifying the conditions of the FSSA authorisation, except that section 295 does not apply to or in relation to granting a renewal of an FSSA authorisation with modifications to the conditions of the FSSA authorisation.
