§ 305 — Protection from personal liability

305. No liability shall lie against —(a)

a food security officer, an authorised officer, a food inspector or a Part 9 enforcement officer;

(b)

a member, officer or employee of the Agency; or

(c)

any other person acting under the direction of the Agency,

for anything done or omitted to be done in good faith and with reasonable care in the execution or purported execution of any provision of this Act.
