§ 375 — Amendment of section 2

375. In the Good Samaritan Food Donation Act 2024, in section 2 —(a)

in the definition of “food”, replace “the Sale of Food Act 1973” with “section 4 of the Food Safety and Security Act 2025”; and

(b)

in the definitions of “unsafe” and “unsuitable”, replace “sections 2C and 2D of the Sale of Food Act 1973” with “sections 11 and 12 of the Food Safety and Security Act 2025”.
