§ 389 — Amendment of section 68

389. In the Infectious Diseases Act 1976, in section 68 —(a)

in subsection (1), delete “or (3)”;

(b)

delete subsection (3); and

(c)

in subsection (4), replace “subsection (1), (2) or (3)” with “subsection (1) or (2)”.
