§ 405 — Saving and transitional provisions

405.—(1) The Second Schedule has effect.(2) For a period of 2 years after the commencement of this section, the Minister may, by order in the Gazette, amend the Second Schedule by prescribing any additional provisions of a saving or transitional nature consequent on the enactment of any section in this Act that the Minister may consider necessary or expedient.

(3) Nothing in this section or the Second Schedule affects section 16 of the Interpretation Act 1965.
