Section 86 — Application of this Division

(1)This Division applies only to a licensed importer who imports any of the following import‑controlled items:

(a)any of the following food:

(i)meat and meat products;

(ii)fish and fish products;

(iii)fresh fruits and vegetables;

(iv)eggs;

(v)any other food except a food additive as such;

(b)any prepacked food additive preparation;

(c)any regulated food contact article;

(d)any animal feed.

(2)This Division applies only in respect of the import made on or after the commencement of this Division of an import‑controlled item mentioned in subsection (1).
