§ 98 — Application of this Division

98.—(1) This Division applies only to a licensable food business that is prescribed by the Minister, by order in the Gazette, as subject to this Division.(2) Where any licensable food business is prescribed in any order made under subsection (1), this Division does not apply to or in relation to the carrying on of the licensable food business before the date the order comes into force.
