§ 32 — Unauthorised supply or conveyance of weapons or noxious substances

32.—(1) A person commits an offence if —(a)

the person supplies or conveys a weapon or noxious substance; and

(b)

the person is not one of the following:(i)

a person granted a licence to supply or convey the weapon or noxious substance;

(ii)

a class licensee authorised under a class licence to supply or convey the weapon or noxious substance;

(iii)

a person exempt from this section under section 87, 88 or 89 in relation to supplying or conveying the weapon or noxious substance.

(2) To avoid doubt, subsection (1) applies to a person regardless that the weapon or noxious substance concerned was supplied or conveyed other than in the course of carrying on a business.
