§ 52 — Licence validity

52.—(1) Every licence granted under this Part is in force for the period specified in the licence —(a)

except when it is suspended under section 66; or

(b)

unless it is earlier revoked under section 66.

(2) Every licence must be in the form the Licensing Officer determines.
