§ 59 — Change in management of licensee

59.—(1) Where a licensee is a corporation, partnership, limited liability partnership or an unincorporated association, it is a condition of its licence that the licensee to whom the licence is granted must notify a Licensing Officer of —(a)

the resignation or removal of any responsible executive or any representative staff of the licensee, within the prescribed period after the date of resignation or removal, as the case may be; or

(b)

the death of any responsible executive or any representative staff of the licensee, within the prescribed period after the date the licensee becomes aware of that death.

(2) This section applies even though a licence is suspended pursuant to section 66.
