§ 95 — Amendments to Criminal Procedure Code

95.—(1) Section 40(5) of the Criminal Procedure Code (Cap. 68, 2012 Ed.) is amended by deleting paragraph (d) and substituting the following paragraph:“(d)

the Guns, Explosives and Weapons Control Act 2021 or the Arms and Explosives Act (Cap. 13) repealed by that Act;”.

(2) The Second Schedule to the Criminal Procedure Code is amended by inserting, immediately after item 7, the following item:“7A. Guns, Explosives and Weapons Control Act 2021”.
