§ 96 — Related amendment to Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) Act

96. Section 22A of the Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) Act (Cap. 184, 1997 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (1), the following subsection:“(1A) A gun, an explosive or a weapon within the meaning of the Guns, Explosives and Weapons Control Act 2021 must not be specified under subsection (1).”.
