§ 132 — Abetment of mutiny, if mutiny is committed in consequence thereof

132. Whoever abets the committing of mutiny by an officer or any serviceman in the Singapore Armed Forces or any visiting forces lawfully present in Singapore shall, if mutiny be committed in consequence of that abetment, be punished with death or with imprisonment for life, or with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 10 years, and shall, if he is not sentenced to death or imprisonment for life, also be liable to fine.[15/2019]
