§ 136 — Harbouring a deserter

136. Whoever knowing or having reason to believe that an officer or a serviceman in the Singapore Armed Forces or any visiting forces lawfully present in Singapore has deserted, harbours such officer or serviceman with the intention of preventing the officer or serviceman from being apprehended, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 2 years, or with fine, or with both.[15/2019]
