§ 184 — Obstructing sale of property offered for sale by authority of public servant

184. A person who intentionally obstructs any sale of property offered for sale by the lawful authority of any public servant as such, shall —(a)

in the case of an individual, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one month, or with fine which may extend to $1,500, or with both; or
