§ 413 — Habitually dealing in stolen property

413. Whoever habitually receives or deals in property which he knows or has reason to believe to be stolen property or property obtained in whole or in part through any criminal offence involving fraud or dishonesty, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 20 years, and shall also be liable to fine.[15/2019]
